PCHS and Think Head First are providing a comprehensive hour-long program for Park City High School athletes and their parents.
Participants will:
> View an informational video
> Learn signs & symptoms of concussion and the protocol for
concussion care
> Athletes will take baseline test
> All test results are reviewed individually for validity and parents
receive test results with explanation of test report
> Results are stored in Think Head First database for future access
Who Should Test: All Freshmen and new players, players who tested more
than one year ago. Not sure if your athlete’s previous test results are still valid?

Cost: $30 per athlete
